Ambercon 2013 is over: Ambercon 2014 is April 10-13.
Ambercon 2013 is over! It was great, thanks to all the attendees, gamemasters and players. Thank you, each and everyone!

Ambercon 2014 is run by the same organizers and staff in the same hotel from Thursday, April 10th through Sunday, April 13th.

We are on final approach to Ambercon 2013
We're within a week of Ambercon 2013. The last updates to schedules because of people joining late or turning game selections after the deadline are out, the T-shirts have been ordered, the voucher lists have been generated, and the handouts, labels, etcetera, have been created as PDFs, ready for printing.
You can no longer order a T-shirt for pick up at the con. You can order it at Cafe Press: http://www.cafepress.com/ambercon2013.
If you sign up for the con or haven't yet sent in your game choices, you can look at the game book to see what games are still open: that is, unfortunately, all that is left, and it is up to you at this point to contact the GMs and see what you can get.

GM Preview of Player List Published
It's been a while in the making, but the Player Scheduling part is almost over. The Player Lists have been sent to the GM for final review. Once that is in, we hope by end of day Monday, March 4th, 2013, the game lists will be emailed to all players, and the player lists to all GMs.
If you sign up for the con or haven't yet sent in your game choices, you can look at the game book to see what games are still open: that is, unfortunately, all that is left.

Game Book is assembled, will open this week!
The Game Book is currently being prepared for GM review: that will go out today. The Game Book will go up and you will be able to open your submit your game choices. I am updating the timeline.
To deal with the issues we have had the last two years with people receiving shirts we have found a local T-shirt manufacturer and the T-shirt order page will go up this week. People who did not receive the correct T-shirt last year will have the correct T-shirt mailed to them this week.
You can still buy your membership for Ambercon 2012 and you can still submit games to run at Ambercon 2012!

Ambercon 2013 T-Shirt available for ordering
You can pre-order your Ambercon 2013 T-shirt. As usual, you can pick it up at the con. As usual, it is a 100% heavy cotton shirt featuring unique new art work by Michael Kucharski. In a stunning departure from gaming t-shirts it is a black t-shirt. You can order the shirt in the Store's T-Shirt section.

Game Book Is Published: You Can Submit Game Choices
The Game Book is published and you can submit your game choices. Note that you must be logged in and a member of the Ambercon 2012 convention. You can still buy your membership for Ambercon 2012!
Yes, I know I only Sunday afternoon opened the Game Book for GM review, but I'm swamped at work the next few days. Thorough review by a few volunteers of the game list and game submission forms led me to the conclusion that we'd better publish the game book and allow people to get in game choices now, to be able to close it in two weeks, have a week to do game assignments, and allow players and GMs just over two weeks to prepare. More time if you get your game choices in quickly! The full, updated timeline is also available.
