Historical knowledge or even wikipedia reviews helpful but not mandatory. Characters will start with 100 point characters and will use most LGS rules. Pattern is not available to start with... yet. This game is designed to be a stand alone event and also the beginning of a potential serial game. Players may choose to be a daughter/son or grandchild of Oberon that is in the Amber Series. The Great Detective summoned you out of the blue, as he is wont to do. There was no substance as to why your particular talents were required but, as always, you answered the call.

Arriving at the stoop of 221B Baker Street, you were not greeted as normal by the redoubtable Mrs. Hudson but by the slightly ajar door...you called out hesitantly, entered cautiously only to find the corpses of Sherlock Holmes and his companion Dr. Watson. Others of the Irregulars have arrived as well and the group of you are left with a horrific scene and the mystery of who killed the world's greatest detective.

An Irregular Affair is a mystery, an adventure and an entrée into a broader story that may take players far afield from their current lives in the Great City and roles as members of the Baker Street Irregulars. This game may become a continuing affair.

Characters will be created using a modified form of the DRPG system via email prior to the con or the players may request a pregen character from the GM (and get what they get).

Players should have some familiarity with the style and tropes of 1960s era cinematic espionage. Please email kitkindred@gmail.com ASAP to request a character. The mission will be based on which characters are in play, so please contact the GM ASAP. Pregenerated characters will be provided. Characters will be cinematic spies active in 1966 and cinematic spies created after 1966 whose histories would allow them to ave been active in the mission in 1966. Characters such as the Avengers, the men and women of U.N.C.L.E. and the I.M.F. are all options. Comedy, parody, comic book, and cartoon characters will not be options. There is no set list of characters. Request one and if it is viable and available, I will create the pregen for you.

This is a new campaign set in the LoGaS universe with LoGaS mechanics, but the chief NPCS are the elder Amberites, modified to fit.

There will be lots of political intrigue, and lots of room for characters to develop their own agendas. There will be big, world-threatening plots, and lots of side-plots/plotting. In short, its all that you love about Amber campaigns, but with the new life of a different Multiverse.
